Australia Post orders placed with Same Day Delivery, Express, and Standard require a signature upon delivery (unless a signature release is organised by the customer directly with the carrier). If your order requires a signature on delivery please provide an address you will be at Monday - Friday. If you authorise a 'Signature Release' on your order, Sugar High Boutique and the carrier are not liable for any loss or damage to the package. Please note: International Standard shipping is an authority to leave service and does not require a signature on delivery.

Please refer to shipping information for your country to determine if customs charges will apply to your order. Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country. Sugar High Boutique does not take responsibility for any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these charges. Please note Sugar High Boutique does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact your local customs office. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country. Estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or holds. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 PM AEDT Monday - Friday the same day. Purchases made on weekends, and on NSW Public Holidays, are processed and shipped the following business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout. *Estimated shipping/delivery times do not include dispatch times, during high volume periods & sales dispatch times may vary.
